M. Gill & Associates, Inc. (M. Gill), is a management, training, and economic development consulting firm. In operation since 1990. M. Gill is a certified minority and woman-owned firm and a federal contractor for the past 24 years. They operate the Florida MBDA Export Center, the Florida MBDA Capital Readiness Program and the Miami MBDA Business Center. M. Gill serves those in need, including business clients who qualify for the Miami MBDA Business Center’s Capacity Building Certificate Program, and desires to use open resources to build capacity in businesses, and to encourage skill development.

M. Gill operates the MBDA Business Center Program which provides no-cost Technical Assistance and Capacity Building Training and Development services to help businesses improve Operational Efficiencies, Financial Management and to fully utilize Emerging Technologies. They serve small, minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses, primarily throughout Florida and the U.S. Territories.

M. Gill & Associates, Inc., (M. Gill) and Saylor Academy have partnered to offer skill development opportunities to small, minority, women, and veteran-owned business students. Students can take any Saylor Academy course and earn fully digital, shareable certificates; however, M. Gill and Saylor Academy have recommended the following courses to help you start on your journey.
